About

— About me —

After completing my training at a Ballet School in Poland, I moved to Paris to pursue a career as a professional dancer. In 2008, I began searching for an alternative form of exercise and, at the suggestion of a friend, attended my first yoga class. That experience was transformative. I immediately fell in love with the practice, leaving the class feeling uplifted, energized, and ready to tackle anything. Despite my extensive dance background, I found yoga to be both challenging and rewarding, significantly enhancing my core strength, flexibility, and energy. I discovered how much of a positive impact the practice had on my life, both mentally and physically, providing support during the many challenging times I faced as a professional dancer traveling the world.

Upon moving to Berlin, I felt a strong desire to share my passion for yoga with others. This led me to complete the Yoga Alliance Teacher Training with Y4ALL in Bali in 2017, marking a pivotal step in my journey. Ultimately, my own daily practice is the best teaching source, giving me constant inspiration, a strong foundation, and a deep understanding of yoga.

Through my teaching, I strive to pass on this knowledge by focusing on alignment-based classes that seamlessly blend breath and movement. My goal is to help others develop body awareness, find a balance between flexibility and strength, and connect with their most authentic selves. I hope to inspire my students to embrace this passion, helping them leave class feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Always on the lookout for new inspiration, I aim to bring fresh, positive energy to every class, combining playful, flowing sequences with technical alignment and a healthy dose of humor.
